• All riders must be 14 years of age or over and those under 16 must be accomanied by an adult

• Full suspension e-bikes are only available for whole day bookings

• Each type of e-bike has different capabilities. If you are unsure which to book, please ask

• We will hold your payment details as a security deposit (£150) against damage or cleaning surcharge. We fully expect your bike to come back dirty, but reserve the right to levy a cleaning surcharge in the event of excessive cleaning being needed)

• No riding through rivers. This can cause damage to the motor and battery

• By all means go to our glorious beaches but DO NOT ride on them. Salt and sand are very corrosive. Evidence of beach riding will incur a deep cleaning charge.

• Late return will incur a surcharge £20ph or part thereof.
